with Kim Panzer, USD 215 Lakin

March 26, 2019
8:30 am - 2:30 pm

Other workshops address the "how" of best helping students acquire English proficiency; this workshop concentrates on the "why." Beyond just helping kids, many components of an ESOL program are actually dictated by law, regulations, and government guidelines. Participants will delve into the requirements for designing and running a compliant program while paying attention to strategies and techniques for implementing effective oversight and programming.

This workshop is Day 4 of a 4-day series.
